Project terms
Clear expectations before a website project starts.
These terms explain common payment structure, revision expectations, monthly support, Nyral-hosted website rules, client responsibilities, and important project limitations. Final terms may vary by project and are written into the client agreement.
Website project payments
Two-stage project payments.
50% Minimum Initial Payment
At least 50% is due before kickoff or development begins. Clients may choose to pay more upfront, including the full project amount, when the quote or invoice supports it. This reserves project availability, planning time, and production resources. Project payments are non-refundable unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance is due before website launch, release to production, or any approved handoff step. If the client pays 100% upfront, there may be no later project balance. Late or unpaid balances may pause work, launch, hosting changes, support, or access to final deliverables where allowed by the signed agreement.
Hosting services
Nyral-hosted by default.
Nyral Labs hosts the websites it builds unless self-hosting is requested during creation and written into the agreement. Hosting pricing is handled by project and finalized before contract signing.

After launch
Monthly support after launch.

Month-to-month support and other recurring services require the first and last month upfront unless the agreement says otherwise.

Important terms
The practical details that keep projects clear.
These items help set expectations before a quote becomes a signed project agreement.
Signed agreement controls
This page explains the usual structure. The approved quote, invoice, signed agreement, and any written change orders are the final source of truth for each project.
Non-refundable payments
Deposits, larger upfront payments, full upfront payments, milestone payments, project payments, and recurring service payments are non-refundable because they reserve planning time, production time, support time, and project capacity.
Late or missed payments
If required payments are late, disputed, reversed, or unpaid, Nyral may pause work, launch, support, hosting changes, recurring services, or the next project step until the account is brought current.
Scope changes
New pages, forms, features, integrations, content work, rush timelines, revision rounds, or requests outside the approved scope may require written approval and may change the price or timeline before work continues.
Client materials and access
The client is responsible for providing required text, images, logins, domain access, brand assets, approvals, and business details unless the agreement says Nyral is handling them. Client-provided materials must be accurate, lawful, and owned or properly licensed by the client.
Third-party costs
Domains, paid plugins, software subscriptions, payment processor fees, premium fonts, stock assets, app accounts, platform charges, and outside services are separate unless specifically included. Third-party platforms are controlled by their own terms, pricing, uptime, security, and approval rules.
Ownership after payment
After required project payments are complete, the client may use the approved finished website on the agreed Nyral-hosted setup. Source files, repositories, build files, and internal project files are not transferred unless a self-hosting handoff is requested during creation and written into the agreement.
Hosting and usage
Nyral-hosted websites start at $250/year. Final hosting is owner-priced based on website load, storage, bandwidth, integrations, maintenance needs, and expected usage. Hosting renews annually and may be renegotiated before renewal. If a client wants to host the site elsewhere, that must be requested during creation and approved in the agreement.
No guaranteed results
Nyral can build strong website foundations, clearer user flows, and better technical setup, but does not guarantee search rankings, ad performance, revenue, traffic, leads, sales, platform approvals, or uninterrupted third-party service availability.
Schedule and delays
Timeline estimates depend on scope, client response time, content delivery, approvals, revisions, access to accounts, third-party platforms, and payment status. Client delays may move launch dates or require rescheduling.
Electronic records
Quotes, agreements, acknowledgements, audit trails, email verification events, IP address records, timestamps, version hashes, and signed PDFs may be used to show review, consent, acceptance, and signing activity.

Client is responsible for providing final text content, branding assets, business information, and media unless otherwise agreed. Timeline estimates may vary depending on scope, response times, revisions, and content delivery.
Nyral may refuse or pause requests involving unlawful content, unsafe account access, unapproved regulated claims, unclear ownership rights, unpaid balances, or work that falls outside the signed agreement.
