Accessibility Statement

Nyral Labs is committed to making Nyral.org usable and accessible for as many people as reasonably possible.

Effective date: May 31, 2026

1. Accessibility Commitment

Nyral Labs seeks to provide a website experience that is accessible to individuals with disabilities and consistent with the general principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act, where applicable, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Nyral Labs aims to improve accessibility as part of ongoing website maintenance, design decisions, and future updates.

2. Standards and Ongoing Efforts

Nyral Labs uses WCAG-informed practices as a reference point for accessibility improvements. While complete conformance cannot be guaranteed at all times, Nyral Labs intends to make reasonable efforts to identify, evaluate, and address accessibility barriers.

  • Maintaining readable text contrast where practical.
  • Using semantic HTML structure and logical heading order.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive controls where practical.
  • Providing alt text or accessible names for meaningful images and controls.
  • Avoiding intentional design choices that prevent access to core website content.
  • Reviewing accessibility issues when they are identified or reported.

3. Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. Nyral Labs may not control every technology, file, integration, or third-party website linked from Nyral.org.

  • Some third-party tools, embedded services, links, or externally hosted content may be outside Nyral Labs’ direct control.
  • Some legacy content, uploaded media, client-provided assets, or third-party integrations may not fully conform to accessibility standards at all times.
  • Accessibility is an ongoing process and may require updates as standards, tools, browsers, and website features change.

4. Accessibility Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Nyral.org, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, contact Nyral Labs at legal@nyral.org.

Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, the assistive technology or browser being used if relevant, and your preferred method of contact. Nyral Labs will review accessibility-related messages and make reasonable efforts to respond.

5. No Waiver

This Accessibility Statement does not create any contractual rights or waive any rights, defenses, or limitations available to Nyral Labs under applicable law. Nyral Labs reserves the right to update this statement as accessibility practices, website features, and legal requirements evolve.
